We are passionate about our role as an incubator for great talent. We're applying insights from years of building extraordinary teams to an AI-native model. We see it as vital to combine leadership coaching with hands-on building. It's supported by both human and digital coaches. We are scaling it to grow our teams and enable talent for our clients. We seek people who are already immersed as builders, and we offer apprenticeships as well.

All roles, including our leaders and training instructors, are builders. The technology is moving faster than many can keep up with. You have to be 'hands on'. Our culture is a constant learning and sharing model. We encourage our people to explore the edges of what is possible, and apply what they're learning to personal passions. Clients are where we live

In a native-AI world, being together physically makes a huge difference. We have a New York hub office and soon will open other regional offices but all of our people are working directly with clients. Some roles are fully-deployed to clients and ideally in-person with them depending on their work model. Others, even platform engineering roles, are partially deployed to clients. It's where the work that matters happens.

The business outcome focus is not just a commercial arrangement, it's what all our people are aligned on. Compensation is directly linked to client results. The AI we use is formidable but our people are accountable for the outcomes. The accountability includes safety and the ability to raise ethical concerns if they come up.
